IOTA Leadership Academy is a new, tuition-free school coming soon to Little Rock. It is designed to prepare students for college success, workforce pathways, and a lifetime of possibility.

IOTA Community Schools is a tuition-free, public charter school network where students are guided by relationships, accountability, determination, and justice. Here is how that comes to life in the classroom:
Students learn in a college & career preparatory environment that emphasizes dual enrollment & ACT preparation, project-based learning, career exploration, & internships with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
Small class sizes, focused academic support, and dedicated advisories ensure students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
Diverse perspectives are respected and students are empowered to advocate for themselves and others, guided by integrity, fairness, and shared responsibility.
IOTA offers hands-on enrichment including barbering & digital media, along with free tutoring up to four days per week. This no-cost program helps students explore interests and build confidence.
